thomthom u have a very very nice sense of detailing and coloring and atmosphere and all that good stuff all i can really advise you to do now thats not just going to be tweaking some minor detail bullshit would be look into and learning about composition and color theory and more advanced techniques like that cause that's what'll push you from being a pretty great mapper to a really incredible one and very few people on here ever actually make that leap and it makes me sad

Use the ones from Justine. They don't glow.

i mean i get it, it uses an illumination shader, but WHY
Glad the mapping is ok Big Grin. and yes, The lighting could be better and still is improving. Its not really my thing to be honest! This is the best I could do. Still searching for the tab with the spiderweb decals and everything in it. Anyone an idea?

You can find some "glow in the dark ones" (cobweb_3 and 4 don't as much) as pointed out by WIWWM, in the static_objects decals folder, and I believe the Justine ones, as with all others, are in the ptest folder (under the decal subheading) - Provided you have Justine
What do you think about this?

I know the lighting is kinda bad, so any tips on this?
I guess you're trying to recreate the first room.
anyways there's a few things that could be said
  • In your version of the screenshots the pointlights cover a massive area on the walls where the windows are attached, try to remove it.
  • Change the colour of the lighting. It isn't lime green, but it's white tending very little to the leafgreen colour.

Instead of putting that pointlight attached to the wall, make a big one more at the center of the room and try to make it not to touch the wall where the light is coming from.
other than that, it's a recreation, so I don't know if I can give you so many tips about the structure and entities etc lol

BTW, what do you guys think about these?

to dark to see the first one, really dark on the second one but (this might just be my new monitor) i liked.
