It is art. Not screenshot (unless they use very-very-very tricky filters).

It's basically 110 pages of people trying to solve the ARG (which is now solved). You can read more about the different steps of it
here.
It was a lot of fun (thanks FG!). I'm pumped for this new game!
Look at the picture and you'll notice it's horribly cel-shaded like a cartoon; I doubt it's a screenshot.
Its easy to tell its just a drawing. Hopefully that really is a preview of one of the places in the new game though. That could be the 'machine for pigs'....
Think we can confirm that it is concept art.
Anyone noticed that nextfrictionalgames.com has changed...again. I tired the terminal and now all I get is ready. Not sure what to type so I can't post a screenshot of the previous page

It has a description of the ARG. With links to the wiki.

It now displays the message "
This page is what is left from an ARG (Alternate Reality Game), for a history of it see this wiki. If you came here too late and wanted to try out the console, this link will let you do so. Thank's to those that participated and helped us deliver the message!"
If you're getting the READY command prompt, it's because they're letting you look at what was there before (by clicking on the link). Other than that, there's nothing new.
Also, there shouldn't be an apostrophe in thanks.
That picture definitely looks like something Frictional Games would do. Besides, it looks like it's based on the same century.
