This is probably just me clutching at straws but the two images (the drawing and the letter) are named as follows:
aamfp.com/img_2013/
img01_63ou.png
aamfp.com/img_2013/
img02_lasoc45.png
I wonder if there's an img03 lurking around somewhere. The filenames look kinda passwordy to me. I mean, they're already named img01 and img02, why add the extra shit? I've tried matching up the numbers to portions of the text in the letter (using
this) but nothing came of it.
I also tried accessing
http://aamfp.com/img_2013/ but of course access is forbidden
I can find the first image in the source code for the site but not the second, I'm not sure why that is.
Can anybody figure out any meaning behind the numbers at
aamfp.com/text.php? Seems like they mean something
is the arg over, if so lame. hoped for something other than some letter.
when is the game releasing? fall 2013?

I think they're just for the script... it calls random numbers and displays their pieces of text. That's why there was a "4 4" in the text - that was probably a typo, so the script couldn't find the text no. 44 or something like that.

Tsss...Looks like Frictional can't release anything, be it trailer, ARG or screenshot, without someone whining that it's not enough, low quality or not what they expected, eh?

I'm not going to read 20+ pages, nope.
Can someone sum up for me what happened and what was discovered, etc etc?
I will be grateful.

From what I read up on just now, we missed an event where a new picture came up on aamfp.com and had two or three words on it. Then over time, or so, more words started to appear, and now you have a complete letter. There also seems to have been an opportunity to receive a free copy of A Machine For Pigs once it comes out.

It started
here. One of the street lights on the banner at the top of aamfp.com's website became animated and clickable. When clicked it opened a window with a picture on it, the drawing you can see if you go there now. When holding down the mouse button and moving it around the area below the picture some words appeared. It was discovered that different users (presumably from different IP ranges) would get different parts of the overall text, so we had to work together. Eventually all of the words were figured out. You can see the completed text for yourself by going to
http://www.aamfp.com/
Not sure if anything else is to be discovered or if this is the end of it.
