I want to make this:
You have to find a dynamic ladder. If you put this in a Area it should go into a position and it should stay there.
I know I have to use Sticky Areas for this but how to use them?

Look at how frictional used sticky areas in the machine room. They used sticky areas to stick the cogwheels to the machine and there you can learn how to use them

You can also see a sticky "ladder" in the laboratory early in the game.
