Cry of Fear (half life 2 mod) I'm pretty sure has a hospital level.

No, Cry of Fear only had a MENTAL Hospital level.

Its an awesome modern-themed horror game by FG. There is no hospital, but there are several doctor/medical offices (if that counts

OP should play it regardless, it is much scarier than White Night, and more professionally made (no offense to Tanshaydar). The voice acting is amazing for each character, good, solid storyline, and honestly some events gave me quite a feel.

Personally I'd say Nightmare House, for me it was a much better story and much scarier. Cry of Fear just felt like a FPS with some jumpscares.

Agreed, if the OP hasn't played the Penumbra series yet then I HIGHLY recommend it, especially Black Plague.
Nightmare House was pretty good, but it gets kind of repetitive by the end. Personally I loved Cry of Fear, though I do have to admit it's heavily action oriented. With that said though, it definitely has its moments, and those moments are terrifying.

Yeah, Cry of Fear is my favorite HL1 or 2 mod to date. It's terrifying, as Kman said, but good.
Well if the only criteria is that it has a hospital level or is set in one and has horror elements...

Dead Space
Dead Space 2
System Shock 2
Bioshock
Condemned might have one, not sure
