Since when? Milk is primarily used to provide nourishment for infants whereas sweat is the body excreting hot water so it doesn't overheat.

Yes nipples are evolved form of sweat pores. and since Platypuses are a early form of mammals they still secrete what we call as "milk" directly from their pores as the first mammals did.
