theres one thing ive learned having acknowledged my fetish for facial hair as long as i have and its that only 30% of people look better with facial hair but that 30% looks 120% better than everyone that's clean shaven

Dah, why cut off facial hair, why cut off hair anyway, it grows back. Last time i cut my was like half year ago. Facial hair is sign of a man.

Then my school wants to prevent us from becoming men, as we have to be cleanly shaven as per school uniform :/

I can't really grow a beard yet... So it just looks weird to not have shaved
