I don't follow League of Legends at all, but I've played enough Starcraft 2 to know that this WILL be the case.

You would say that, but koreans aren't necessarily better then any other country in this case, SC is a national sport in Korea ffs, League isn't.

South Koreans tend to be far better at most video games than western society because of their culture and attitude towards gaming and electronics etc. They don't see it as a hobby, but a sport and is extremely acceptable in their culture and actually encouraged by people there whilst ours shuns it for the most part.
I think you completely missed my point
I'm fully aware that South Koreans embrace video gaming as a sport far more then American's do.
My point was that being good at SC and SC2 doesn't automatically mean they're just as amazing at League of Legends, they play Starcraft far more then League, that and America has some very good teams of it's own
