Like Bridge said, Memento is a great movie.
But you might also want to check out The Machinist and Moon . They aren't as much about the loss of memory as Memento but definetly worth watching.

source code involves amnesia, definitely an entertaining movie with a good plot twist as far as amnesia is involved...
The bourne movies, like somebody mentioned, are probably the best amnesia-themed movies. Except for the last one, I like to pretend that legacy doesn't exist...

Well, he doesn't remember where he is and why he's there so I would kind of count that as amnesia, yes.
