You can export the animations but it's very hard to convert Penumbra animations to Amnesia.

I'm pretty sure The Rock Worm tried for ages to get the animations to work, and hadn't succeeded, so good luck

The only thing he wake up from is daniel singing.
But daniel has amnesia and dont know the song anymore

I think you need to make it a moveObject entity and change some settings. I dunno how you trigger it though so you will have to find out yourself.
