So odd words cant really accurately explain it. Screen shots and video below. The only lights I have is 1 enormous box light and 1 enourmous spot light (for shadows.) And the torches
EDIT:
The basic problem is when the player rotates their head the lighting makes weird triangular shapes and those shapes rotate and follow the player. best way i can describe it with words just watch the video you'll see

Another note about the third screenshot, I found when I looked at the ground the issue almost completely disappears. Only when i look down though.

. If this also applies to the spot lights is there a tutorial on how to light up night landscapes somewhere i'm not aware about? Removing the spotlight makes the terrain look kinda plain and reducing the size won't cover the terrain to make a more realistic moonlight lighting.
