I thought it was eating him. Couldn't see clearly with those boxes in between. When I play the game again, I'll pay more attention and check it out. Pig rapists... 
Yeah, several people have pointed this out and I've actually seen it in video playthroughs of the game.
I'm guessing that, originally, this would have been SLIGHTLY more explicit.
