From my point of view, they put in the effort to make the game for everyone. I don't mind critique, I do mind people who complete the game and then come and ask silly questions that the game answered through notes, memos or otherwise, while claiming the game was terrible.
Maybe they missed something and wanted to know about the story?
While I don't like people coming and just bitching about the game, I don't feel the anger that I did when I saw people complaining about TDD. This game is very flawed and I think most of the comments are very valid.
I don't know how well the replayability is, but surely, by watching LPs, there are quite a few bits of the story that became clearer to me.

Most definitely - often things are clearer when you're not the one 'experiencing' them. I would heartily recommend watching Gopher's LP - it's so good to see somebody taking their time, reading all the notes and getting fully immersed in the game. Unlike many LP'ers, Gopher makes the LP about the game, and not him.
Thanks Paddy, was just about to point that out - it's an excellent and very thoughtful review.
I'm giving it some time, but I'll definitely do another playthrough. This time I'll try a few new things.
