I'd try it all. I'd let the AI run, so that everyone would do whatever they wanted, and I'd walk around in my own personal Sandbox Game. Create small or big events to see the reaction.

Seeing instant noodles and finally playing my computer after school.

If the other human is a female, I'd choose number 1 - Bottom half human.
For the purpose of reproduction.
I can create my own little family, with small fish men. They'd be able to breath underwater, so they'd be able to survive.
If the other human is a male, I'd choose number 2 - Top half human, for the purpose of better surviving skills and not going insane.
This human can speak to me, think as a human, even swim like a badass.
