It doesnt really matter where the.ogg is.
it MUST be in the CS as far as i know, not in a specific folder.
MINE is here IF you want to test it : D:\Spellen\Amnesia - The Dark Descent\redist\Premonition\config\lang\eng\voices\diaries

As far as i see you miss this : Diary_DaddywhyText_Name1   <-- the Name1.
Try that and if it still isnt working let us know again please.

Do this :
Leveleditor -> Entities -> item -> Diary_paper_01 -> THEN-->
Click on the Diary -> Entity -> (look for ) Diarytext -> Theworstdayever <- Put that there and save!

I already did that before I created this thread. I still don't know why this is not working

Sorry, i have tried everything!
I will try some time but if you dont do what i say , it wont work.
MAYBE there is something wrong with your level editor \ you didnt enter the correct name into you Diary?
Can be a lot of things.
