I did this model in maya 2013
I exported it as DAE_FBX export

... We can't see that image my sexy beast friend ^^
This issue looks like it wasn't triangulated when you exported it. When it isn't, it will cut all squares in half because games use triangles to calculate graphics instead of squares.

Or is this purely a texture issue? Maybe you're applying it improperly.

I found it, (after 3 hours), I had a second set of UVs, I removed the intruder and everything is fine now.
