Hey everone. Thought I'd share the vid review of Dark Descent I found from elder-geek.

They loved it!

Great review, and I quite like their review system in general. Shame the website does a poor job archiving their reviews. You can sort by system, but after that it seems you cannot sort the reviews by alphabetical order.
Their videos seem like they spoil too much. I closed it after 1½ minute.

Never mind, no spoilers if you just listen to the video Tongue
"We've already made Daniel go so batshit insane that he could only move by dragging his face on the floor." This made me lol.

Well maybe that's what going insane does to you. Smile
Elder-Geek review is one of the best review I've seen recently, for any game.
I say removing weapons from the game is a good way to create a real survival horror atmosphere. However, I rarely seem to be agreed by people(on other forums or in my country). Having this review, says "...removing weapons from the game was a brilliant idea..." just made me feel relaxed.
I love how they said hello survival horror, we've missed you meaning Amnesia brought it back.

What a great thing to say about this game, it totally deserves it.
great review ! its now pumped me up a lot more ! playing it in a dark room with surround sound.. here i come !
I'm almost sad, that I watched it. There were some pretty creepy scenery, that I would have liked to experience on my own. But on the other hand, it really got me pumped up for the game.
