Just tried, same error
I have attached two new exe files.
Unpack AmnesiaDemoInitTest.zip into the Amnesia install directory and run the exe (AmnesiaDemo.exe).
Unpack RendererFeatTest.zip to RenderFeatTest and replace normal exe. Run the program.
When done the above. attach hpl.log (from "My Documents/Amnesia/main") and render_test.log (from output dir in RenderFeatTest).
I have added some new output, perhaps I can spot something with these logs.
The Test now don't work, I attach the log
Neither the AmnesiaDemo.exe don't, same error but log is a little bit different from before(like + one line)
I made a new RendererFeatTest version. Extract the exe and dll file so they replace the current ones.
Then post render_test.log

Okay so all worked for you? I was expecting crash.
There is something really fishy going on here. I have been doing some searching for this problem and could only find two other instances, one was Linux specific, and the other was solved by updating your drivers.
Is there any difference in where you have installed the RenderFeatTest and the game? What are their respective install paths?
I have scrutinized all code (especially looking for differences between rendertest and game), contacted Nvidia (and gotten reply) and now added all sorts of output. But it seems like nothing takes me any closer to a solution which is extremely annoying.
Since this code works for so many cards on three different platforms, the only thing I can think about is that it is a problem with how your system and drivers are set up. Make sure to download the latest drivers, turn off windows autoupdate, uninstall old, reboot, install new drivers.
Just in case a minor change I did fix things, I have made a update to demo. Extract to the install folder and make sure the file "glew.dll" gets replaced, then run "AmnesiaDemo.exe" directly and see if the game starts.
