I remember there was a custom story that had a clown enemy. I can't find it anymore as I forgot the name. Does anyone know which one that is?

A Laugh in the Darkness seems to be the one, but because it contains or contained copyrighted content at the time, and the OP had been banned for multiple infringements regarding using copyrighted content in his stories, I don't know how accessible the clown entity will be (download link was removed).
