Hey i found a copy of "Fmod Designer" which is required to add sounds into the game. Fmod designer is no longer available by the company and is replaced with an incompatible "Fmod Studio". I would like to post the link but I am unsure if it violates any rules. It's on archive.org.

If it's hosted elsewhere, whether it's legal or not lies on them. I think Archive.org might be allowed, but either way I don't think you'd be held liable for pointing it out.
