Frictional Games Forum (read-only)

It has been said that 5 new short stories were released with the amensia update, but where are they? I can't find them anywhere... help would be appreciated!

They're located in Amnesia's redist folder, alongside all the folders and .dll files.

I can't find them either. According to a friend, they're located in the main Amnesia folder (something like Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Amnesia), alongside all the various folders and .dll files. He said they are contained in a .pdf called "Remember". Maybe that will help some of you guys.

I'm running Windows XP (although it's through Boot Camp on a Macbook Pro; maybe that has something to do with it?). I installed the 1.2 update by just opening the game through Steam.

looks like last steam update downgraded amnesia, because that pdf is gone and ARG stuff is back.

does somebody still have the pdf-file ???

im too lazy to search for them in game

Well from what I have read the steam version of Amnesia was put back to the original version due to some bugs, you need to re-update it again to get the short stories back.

Doesn't really affect me as I bought it from the Frictional Games store but thought i'd throw it out there!
