Hi, I was wondering if anyone could make a tutorial how to make a model in maya and make its so that you can use it in amnesia???
I don't know about Maya, but there is a good book about Blender: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Blender_3D:_Noob_to_Pro. There is also some info available on how to convert Blender models to Amnesia here - http://wiki.frictionalgames.com/hpl2/thi...3d/blender
Saw that, but I like maya better, I think its easier to use x)
Thanks anyway Smile

and choose open collada for Maya.

Make your model in Maya then export it as .DAE

easy enough.

Thanks, will try it now!

Anyway, how do I texture my model? x)

EDIT: Balls, I have the 2012 edition and COLLADA is already installed :C
But when I open it in model editor it doesnt show up, probably because I didnt texture it.
But I cant find out how to do that!
Not FBX_DAE, it should be OpenCollada.
It's not compatible with Maya 2012 atm.
