I assume he/she wants to know the name of the actual painting (assuming its a real life painting).

thanks for the better picture, I wanted to know the name because I thought it was a cool painting. I was going to try and find a copy. I tried looking in the credits but it didn't list the artwork.

Judging from the flags on the ships, it's a battle between King Philip II of Spain, and the Prince of Orange.

actually, it looks more like a dutch harbor or drydock...

Well, Prince of Orange would have been fighting the Dutch War of Independence against Philip II, so yes. I tried googling various combinations of naval battle and orange, dutch, etc. Couldn't find this particular painting.
