AAMFP error at the startup - Shandareth - 09-11-2013

Hello,
I bought Amnesia 2 on steam and updated it , but when I tried to launch for the first time nothing happened. Then I tried to launch directly from the .exe but I got the error "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" , I searched on the web (on the forum here first, I updated all my card drivers but It didn't work, I don't think it is a problem of graphics) and I discovered that is caused by missing dll files.
I tried to download a few, and now it starts but immediatly close and gives me the blackbox with the error "aamfp.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 0023:00000000" at least now I can attach my hpl.log file, before I couldn't even attach it because there wasn't a hpl.log in documents/amnesia/pig

Please help! thanks.

You do not have a graphics driver installed that supports OpenGL. Please download and install a driver from amd.com or nvidia.com depending on what card you have.

I have an Intel HD graphics 4000, and I updated it just as it says in the thread of graphics

did you read what I wrote about dll files?

Could be that the problem solves when we update the game with the patch we are working on now. But if it does it is because an intel hd card is not supported by the game, it might work, but not tested or intended to be used.

I hope so....
before adding some dlls the game didn't even starts (yes, It still not running but at least now it tries to open the application) and the hpl.log wasn't even created in amnesia/pig. It just gave me that error, That as I read on the internet it was caused by some missing files or by microsoft visual c++ , something like that..

edit: I'm going to re-install the game to see if something changes

Follow the have disk method to update your Intel HD 4000 as mentioned at the graphics card troubleshooting guide. At the moment you have no drivers installed or they are corrupted.

Be aware that this graphics card is not supported and could cause problems later on in the game.

I did it two times, nothing. I also tried to re-install the game and now I get the error that I got in the beginning "unable to initialize the application (0xc000007b)" and as I say it won't even create an hpl.log :|

1) Go HERE and first do a local content deletion (a.k.a game uninstall) followed by a file integrity check when you have the game downloaded again.
2) Go to Documents\Amnesia and delete the folder Pig.
3) Launch the game again. If it crashes attach the file HPL.log as mentioned at the troubleshooting guide, Problem X.

Did it. Now it says "aamfp.exe has stopped working" as in the image below :

Spoiler below!

And the hpl.log

You need to install Graphics Card Driver to your PC. You can download it on Intel's download page, I think.
