If Frictional Games check out a translation, decide that it's good enough to incorporate it into the actual game, then it will have become official even if it was made by fans, because Frictional will have approved. Mine includes English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish for both Steam and retail editions. Maybe the Justine expansion didn't install completely on your system?

So, open the french lang file and you will see it is english.
There is no translation.

Hello, I not found the Russian translation for Justine and made his own. The structure of the text file and text saved; 18 + -> there is one bad word (not found a suitable synonym). Additional information in the file Info.txt. Archive size 13.3 Kb. Can anyone come in handy. I am writing in English is bad, but I translate properly (easier to translate)

отлично! адекватный перевод (иногда не совсем правильные временные падежи, но в целом супер)!!!!
и это очень странно: те люди что в пенумбре переводили даже текстуры на русский язык , и тут оставили в dlc английский =))))
