They took a 4 day weekend for Easter, I don't think they normally only work 4 days a week. They also have not announced a release day, only that it could be out by last week. Hysterical gnashing of teeth and weeping is generally why companies do not reveal when they think something is going to be released, but Frictional trusts us guys to chill out and be patient.

Release is as soon as possible, it is mostly ready now, we just need to get everything together for all versions and platforms. We want (have) to have everything ready so we can send it out to everyone (gamers as well as partners) at the same time.
