Don't think there's much they can do besides putting them on a Blacklist and avoid giving review copies to these guys in the future...

Yeah, there's really no legal recourse for this since reviewers are located all around the world. The only thing they can do is blacklist them and inform others that they cannot be trusted with reviews as they knowingly break NDA

Soma feels much more like penubmra (which is good for me), less frightening, much more time for figuring out what`s happened, is that was intentional or just it feels for me like that?

They actually easier, but this is good because they was very annoying in Amnesia.

Also, more variation. In TDD there were 3 monsters, SOMA has.. *thinks* .. 8? At least 8, I can recall 8. Probably more

The video distortion is under Game Options in the Options Menu.
