One of my scariest moment was in Abduction, I wasn't playing it at the time, but my mate entered this room after being chased and you need to drink the sanity potion. After doing so you enter this room but as you enter it, the room flashes and turns red and all these books and pages fly around the room. Kinda scary, but it looked awesome. Great effect haha
