Much detailed and feels right. Thanks for the feedback ![]() In fact, for the screen, I don't map this area. But it's not over yet, so I guess there will be a lot of fixing. For the story yes, we'll just add a little hint, but not too much. I'm the kind of guy who think that something can get way better with the surprise effect ! But SquigPie (who make the plot) will care about the scenario and what we can tell you. Anyway, thank you really much for your feedback, and good luck on your mod, wich looks really impressive by the way ! CREEPY... *hides behinD Cry*I don't think that hiding yourself behind Cry would do much, you would need someone way way heavier. For the statues yes, I really find it creepy too, even if I made this area. It's like getting scared by his son in fact xD RE: Malebranche - Sleep of Madness (Around The World Arts) - SquigPie - 09-27-2011 (09-27-2011, 03:20 AM)Tanshaydar Wrote: Screenshots are looking really great. But sure, I'll give you a small teaser: "A man awakens from dreams dark, to find himself in darker dreams still." Cause I like that kind of thing. But sure, I'll give you a small teaser: Thanks but it is still very ambiguous. For example, mine was: "What if one day, you wake up as a patient, without any memory of yourself? What are you going to believe? Or... Who are you going to believe?..." and my story evolves exactly around this phrase. Your phrase is still too vague to understand, or it could be just me ![]() RE: Malebranche - Sleep of Madness (Around The World Arts) - Pr3d4t0r - 09-27-2011 In fact it could be : "You has been a very bad boy. So the Evil is playing with you, moving you around floors and states of your mind. But you are going to have a big surprise... and you will have to save your life." Sorry, I'm not working on the plot xD RE: Malebranche - Sleep of Madness (Around The World Arts) - Tanshaydar - 09-27-2011 If that's the case, it is intriguing and telling a bit about the story. I know that a good story can gives the player the envy to play the mod, but I will let this to SquigPie ![]() RE: Malebranche - Sleep of Madness (Around The World Arts) - SquigPie - 09-27-2011 The voice told you that there would be dark dreams and the gnashing of teeth, it told of revolution against what it saw as opressors, it told you of liberation through torment, to set oneself free by cutting off one's own hand. Of a giant encassed in ice, of daemons splitting damned souls with swords and of a tailed king set to judge. It told you, that what freedom dreams grant to the damned they take from the innocent. For so is the nature of a dream, to grant one freedom in the ignorance of slavery. There, it doesn't explain much, but it sounded cool, and it's the sort of writing you can expect (although it heavily depends on the character speaking) from this mod. RE: Malebranche - Sleep of Madness (Around The World Arts) - Tanshaydar - 09-27-2011 Now it sounds better and more clear. Thanks ![]() RE: Malebranche - Sleep of Madness (Around The World Arts) - Pr3d4t0r - 09-27-2011 (09-27-2011, 08:22 PM)Tanshaydar Wrote: Now it sounds better and more clear. ThanksIrony ? Looool :p |
