1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.

Tried all of this for...maybe an hour. My hpl.log file says Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family and 2.1 Verison. I still get the update driver error. I did everything I was told to do. The tutorial for the have disk was using the EXACT same graphics card I am using on my Toshiba Satellite C655-S5225. It does NOT have the Toshiba factory driver. It now has the latest Intel driver (Build 8.15.10.2555). I am very confused and I even tried adjusting the settings to the lowest and no fullscreen. Nothing. Please help. I will attach my log file for all to see for more help. Thank you!
P.S. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

The graphics card you have is below requirements needed to run the game. I am afraid it is not possible to run the game on this computer

then why is the have disk tutorial show my card being used? i have hardware t&l and my pixel and vertex shader is at 4.0. also, my opengl is at 2.1.
