Sorry for the late response:

I am not sure what files I need to transfer over so please back up.
Drag the developer folder into Documents/Amnesia/Main and same with the main_settings.cfg
Replace the files in the .zip with the ones found

And thank you very much^^ it's awesome and working. What scares me is that if a monster comes towards me, it doesn't pause the game. Which means have really no supernatural powers to stop him with>_<
Eeek... Why do I have to test my own maps T_T!
This has put me back on track with the full custom story:3
Just completed 2 new maps now, and both are medium/large size.
