This is a problem with your monitor. Perhaps it does not like the refresh rate that penumbra sets. Try opening settings.cfg in "My Documents/Penumbra Overture/Episode 1/" and change the resolution to something else. I would try your desktop resolution first. You can also try using Refresh Lock and set some other refresh rate for 800x600x32
