I have downloaded Amnesia to my moms desktop and it still has the same error. I have attached the hpl notepad. Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

According to the log you do not have any drivers installed for the graphics card. Check the sticky topics here in tech support for help on how to install drivers for your specific computer model.
