Wrong, people DO make money from the videos, not by making the videos and uploading them to youtube, but through the ads that are shown before the videos. Take famous lets players such as Pewdie for example, he does his youtubing for a living, it's his job.

What ads and from where he gets the money and how much?

I also can make a video with ads, everyone can do that.
So I think people say a lot when the day is long.

Ads chosen by Youtube, money comes through Google AdSense, paid a very small amount per every ad shown.

Where did you get that from? I can assure you that it's 100% false. Tobuscus, Pewdiepie, Cry, The Yogscast, all the cod people and the list goes on. They all make money, and I do as well actually. No offense but your posts so far here have been totally pointless.
