Rid of the words .txt at the end of the notpad ones. It will give you a warning like it might not be usable, or you can do "Save as" and at the bottom where it says under the name of the notepad change it from "Text document" to "Language file" for the Extra English and for the other one change it to "Configuration".

DDDDDDDDD omg thanks! That fixed it! Wow, I didnt even notice that it saved as a .txt. I tried putting .cfg and .lang at the end, but it automatically put .txt, and I didn't notice. omg, thank you so much everyone here. C:
