attach hpl.log and provide us with the required info as said in the sticky guides before any help can be given

plutomaniac how i will attach hpl.log i dont know that Big Grin and traggey dont be angry but i still dont understand there are so many results which one i will download ? . sorry but my english is not so good

Right, which operating system are you on and is it 32 or 64 bit?

1) Go here and read Problem X: http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-3754.html
2) Since 32-bit is not enough obviously go to Start and type dxdiag. From there you can see your operating system information.

windows 7 but look i did this 2 times but always evertyhing is goes bad screen is gone, articles are going down i mean graphics are crashed. now i scare to this happen again

i know my system information; its 32 bit windows 7 and desktop , radeon hd series 4650 but i scare to my graphics goes crash when doing installion

It crashes because it's a graphics driver, that's supposed to happen.

Where did you buy the game?
