Your graphics card is not supported by the game, but you might make it work following this guide: http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-9942-post-89162.html#pid89162 your card is option 1b.

And there we have it, you can't play the game on that card. I have heard of some Intel HD cards being able to play the game, but it's pretty rare.
