Or maybe turn off UAC? But apparently, that's dangerous. I'm not sure though because for me, UAC is completely disabled.
Turning off UAC will not make Amnesia or other programs not run as admin, but it WILL stop the permission thing from showing up. It'll just automatically give the program admin access

Ok it works now. But it launches then crashes. It says "Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32" Earlier it said "Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia.exe"
All my drivers are up to date, too.

update your graphics card drivers using the have disk method as said in the AMD+Intel HD troubleshooting guide
