Alright I just updated my AMD drivers through Steam. I got an error message near the end, but I ignored it. It turns out the game is working fine though
Thank for all your help! I don't know if the error message meant anything though. Also my desktop got all rearranged. That's normal right?

No it is not, most probably the installation did not finish successfully and the resolution was changed/reset. You should update your drivers manually by downloading the latest one from http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
