No, too small for the price. Get at least a 120GB SSD which should cost less than 100$ nowadays. The Samsung 840 is a great choice.
Also, the cpu that you chose is way too expensive/pro-grade. Unless you do heavy video editing you don't need it. For games & everyday use get a 4670K(4 cores, 4 threads) or a 4770K for HT(4 cores, 8 threads).
In general, you have chosen to "cheap-out" (I think it's an expression) on the wrong stuff. For example, you cannot use a 500W power supply with such a system. It's low especially when you consider what you lose due to efficiency. If you want a 780 then get a 650W or similar. For a more affordable computer buy a cheaper case too.
The price you initially said ($2,829.01) is...big. What is your new price point if you want something more affordable?

You have chosen incompatible products. You cannot buy a 1155 cpu and a 1150 motherboard. Change the 3770K to a 4770K for that. Also, not the 840 Pro but the bare 840 which indeed should cost 100$. For this price range this is what I suggest:

1) Do you need an HDD and how big?
2) Are you planning to overclock (no cpu cooler chosen yet)?
This is 1360$ but remember that you have not chosen an hdd & a cpu cooler yet. Answer to the questions above. With these too, it should go to 1500$. If you want something more affordable then I'll suggest another graphics card and the 4670K which costs 100$ less with the only difference being HT(again, unless video editing not needed that much). You can still go down in price without sacrificing performance.

HDD, is like extra storage? Sorry, but like I said, first computer build.
And I'd like to overclock, but I don't know how. So I'll add the cooler, I can always remove it from the list, right?
I'd prefer to have a beefy video card. I'd like to run my games on high quality instead of medium

Up until 2008 there were only HDD (Hard Disk Drives) which consist of mechanical moving platters to read/write data. Then at 2008 SSD appeared (Solid State Drives) which have no mechanical parts and consist of flash (let's say like memory) and thus they are extremely faster than HDDs, durable and less power hungry. However, due to their cost they are not affordable at big sizes just yet. So most people buy an SSD for the operating system and some daily programs/games and an HDD for general storage like games, videos, music etc... Enough with the history lesson, if you need more storage than 90GB (what's left after the OS installation) then but a 1TB HDD for example.
If you need to overclock then you will need a good cooler. This relates to the case of course. The theme of the system is blue but the case is red. Are you sure this is the only case you want?
For the video card, I suggest to go with a 4670K (100$ less) and spend these on a 780 which is practically a beast and will remain that way for 2-3 years or so.

Oh, okay. I already got an 1TB HDD, so that'll be fine. So about 100GB for an SSD would be fine?
So the CPU will be an Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core if I'm going for the 780x? Won't that be a slower than an i7?
I don't really care about the case. I just wanted an full tower case for the cooling, and this one looked cool..
Btw, what are the biggest benefits from overclocking?

If you're planning to overclock, I'd go with 3770k. The new Haswell processors produce massive amounts of heat when overclocking, so you'd need a really good cpu cooler

Alright, so the 3770k with good cooling. Is there a minimum on the cooling? Also, I saw some cases with water cooling, is that better than air cooling?
