hm, then I'd wait for an update or:
try to download the missing .dll (I guess it's missing?)
Then put it in Windows/System32/
(That is just something I would try)

Literally it says "This program cannot be started because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing on your computer. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem."

Was dat nou zo moeilijk?
