Okay, look: Deinstall Amnesia, don't leave a single trace of it, except all your stuff. Don't leave a SINGLE TRACE. Reinstall Amnesia, and then re-install your story. We will proceed then.

I have to ask you to calm down, and stop typing in all-caps.
If uninstalling the game doesn't work, maybe you could give doing it manually a try by deleting the entire folder (If you're retail that is)?

If when trying to manually delete the files you aren't allowed to for any reason, try googling a program called Unlocker. I find that it helps many times when windows wants to be an ass about letting me delete a file.
