Oh man i tried everything but it still won't work, i keep clicking on the ladder with the ladder icon but it still does nothing, I did exactly what Romulator said but still doesn't work, I checked and everything looks good but doesn't work at all

You should probably start another post or continue with one instead of continuing this one for no good reason, but the ladder area cannot be inside ANY object. Make sure that the ladder area is completely free from being inside an object.
