The hatch? I would make the ladder slightly shorter the the hatch, lean it on something, and just roll with that. Leave the hatch open amount alone.

I can't leave her hatch open, because is my customs story I want the player to solve the puzzle to make the hatch open and why isnt' the ladder working when I click on it? it shows the icon o hr ladder but won't work.

X and Z should both = 1 in scale. Your were both off.
Then it needs to not be touching anything. At all. Even the ladder.
