What I meant was

is something I can't do. I can switch stuff in my schedule around but I can't just sleep whenever I feel like it as that would crash my routine irreparably

Try to overcome that feeling that you have to follow your routine. Routine's might be good, but if you stay up late even though your body tells you that you want/need to sleep, it'll affect your health. Maybe, go to bed when you're tired and have your "entertainment time" in the morning? You'll feel more fresh and awake and it isn't good to be tired when you're coding/programming/working (Assuming that is what you do).

Just make sure you're getting around 7-9 hours of sleep (some people need more, others can survive on less, so adjust it as your body needs). If it helps, write down the schedule so you can see exactly what you're planning rather than just saying "I can totally do 9 hours of school, then 5 hours of homework, plus another 4 hours of gaming/relaxing and then get 8 hours of sleep within a 24 hour time frame 8D".

Sorry about the situation, and best of luck to you c:
