First make sure that you downloaded the correct driver for your specific graphics card, operating system and architecture (32-bit or 64-bit). Then remove any older AMD drivers, reboot and then try the latest legacy catalyst again. If the error persists, I suggest you search google as this is a specific computer's graphics card driver issue non-related to Amnesia.
