Gary's death.

I can't believe I forgot that one! Ugh, so sad.
That and Yume Niki. I actually just sat there for a moment registering what happened at the end.

Quote:7, 10, 6, and 5 were all very emotionally moving games.

I find the FF games visually engaging, but the characters don't ever seem to speak to me, so I guess that explains why I'm mostly just 'Meh' with them.

Walking Dead Game as well, as Kreek mentioned. All of it.

Beyond: Two Souls
Spoiler below!
For it's gripping and heart-wrenching story, flawless gameplay, believable scenarios and relatable characters. One of Cage's true masterpieces.

Magicka
Spoiler below!
Why Vlad? Why?!

Sly 3: Honor Among Theives
Spoiler below!
At the end of the game, Sly Cooper fakes amnesia and goes home with Carmelita Fox. When I was a kid I did not know he faked it, so the ending really scared me as I thought my favourite video game character of all time lost all his memories.

RE: Feels Trip - J.R.S.S. - 08-08-2014

To stray from the obvious choices, I'd say the end of Prey.
Spoiler below!
The player spends the entire game trying to save his lover and girlfriend only in the end having to kill her as she was transformed into a horrid thing. At the end of the game, I shook my head with sadness and left my room with a hint of guilt.

And, in a stretch that some would probably disagree with but there are reasons, I would say the entirety of GTA IV leading up to the very end.
Spoiler below!
While the game is full of humor and mindless violence, if one looks at the game as a whole, it's a story of a foreigner trying to achieve the American dream only to be stopped at every corner with death and acts of aggression. He tries and fails, over and over. And then, in the very last act when it seems that he may just achieve his dream, he is forced a decision. A decision that the player doesn't wish to make. Whether his cousin dies (his closet thing he has to family) or his lover (whom he does truly begin to love). One must die, and the player has to pick. Yes, the player can seek revenge on either death but in the end, the realization is there that that character is truly gone.

Then there is the obvious choice of "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream" and "To The Moon". Which I need not post any spoilers, for I'm sure everyone here knows already.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein

Spoiler below!
A great example on how should FPS game be like. Plus, the atmosphere of paranormal nazi experiments (uber soldiers, zombies, lopers, and awesome bosses) made this game both shit my pants and get me hooked to WWII stuff

Legacy of Kain: Defiance

Spoiler below!
This was my first fantasy game I ever played. Packed with awesome atmosphere, yet difficult puzzles the game made me playing it for days, which resulted by fucking up my school marks xD

Gothic II: Night of Raven

Spoiler below!
My first rpg game ever. Propably my favorite game ever, over 10 years passed since releasing the game and it still has awesome and fresh atmosphere filled with quests and cool story! If you are a fan of RPG games it's deffinetely worth a try!

Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Spoiler below!
I first heard of Amnesia while back in February 2010 and I wasn't that excited since im not huge horror fan. Though in 2012 I saw the game much cheaper than before and decided to give it a shot which was propably one of better choices in my entire life lol. I started modding just after completing the game, as I'm huge fan of makin my own stuff. Great example of that you dont need to have whole studio and lots of people to make marvellous game.

No, it's too mainstream. People are too busy being hipster.
