As long as you run that game using the Radeon Card, you shouldn't have many problems.
Amnesia is incompatiable with Intel graphics cards, but you may be able to get it to work with driver updates.

In terms of a recording software, I can recommend either FRAPS, Or freeware Open Broadcasting Software (Sometimes called OBS), which can be set up to send to Twitch or record to your computer.
If you need some assistance setting one of those up, I recommend Googling or YouTubing them

If you don't pay for Fraps, you can only record 30 second intervals. OBS is a little confusing, but it records in mp4 (which is the best format for uploading to youtube), and impacts performance less than Fraps.

You can always check out Debut. I found it to be surprisingly good, although I used it to record a capture card of mine, not my desktop, but I know you can. It's also free for non-commercial use, so there's that!

The problem is I can't record it because either the game lags or the video lags.
I guess I will have to use my Roxio capture card. This will be difficult.

There is backtracking in Amnesia - however somewhat minimal.
Without trying to spoil too much, the game has three main levels called hubs. These levels branch off to make more levels for the player to explore, each hub containing one major puzzle. To solve that puzzle, you need to explore the various environments, not necessarily in a particular order in some cases, but it is in all means solvable.
