Well something is wrong with your system, drivers, background programs etc. You need to try different things on your own. It's not the game's fault.

OK here's the thing. As Googolplex said my hpl file showed that the game is 1.2 and I JUST REINSTALED THE GAME. -_-. Looks like steam was mocking me. Anyway thanks for all of you who tried to help me.
