Might wanna add "looping textures" to the list. It's not exactly the most technical term, but it might fetch results from other people who don't know what to call it either.

Tileable works just fine, however I do think seamless is the most accurate term out of all of these.

I did some research. "Seamless" is the most commonly used term.
